Señor Lopez Originals was born out of an idea originating in the early 1970's while traveling through Baja Mexico searching for perfect, uncrowded waves. The beautiful culture and unforgettable experiences that we took back to California became the inspiration for creating the perfect bajas, blankets, and more.

I've had many baja hoodies over the years. The Original Señor Lopez one I recently purchased is easily the best quality. I also love the design and color of the San Miguel pattern.

I love my Baja hoodie. It's just the right weight and the cloth is cozy, not itchy. You can feel the tension and anxiety of the work week melt away when you put it on.
My sister and I are currently camping in our pullovers and backpacks. At night we sit by the campfire in them. Loving it!
I have waited for this weave to make it back into the “rounds” and it’s finally available again. I have the Redondo and have loved it so much that I bought blankets for pretty much my entire Christmas list last year, but have been wanting the San Miguel for 2 years. The staff have been great at helping me track down my blanket (shipping carrier had temporarily lost it) and now I am enjoying my new addition very much!
Señor Lopez products are crafted using entirely recycled t-shirt materials and fabrics. We pride ourselves in all of the details; the fit, the colors, and the patterns. All fabric is washed, softened, and pre-shrunk before use so we guarantee you get the fit you desire!
